25 Palestinians wounded by Israeli army bullets in Gaza - spokesperson

GAZA, Nov 19 (KUNA) -- Israeli forces shot and injured 25 people who were participating in the 16th naval march northwest of Gaza Strip, the Palestinian Health Ministry said on Monday.
The 25 Palestinians were wounded by the Israeli occupation forces' bullets as they were taking part in the march, the Ministry spokesperson Ashraf Al-Qedra said in a press statement.
Palestinian demonstrators began to flock to the northwestern border of the Gaza Strip coast with the participation of a number of boats hoisting Palestine flags and demanding the lifting of the Israeli siege. The Israeli army attacked the demonstrators with live bullets and gas grenades.
The National Committee for Breaking the Siege has been organizing weekly marches three months ago in an attempt to break the naval blockade of Gaza Strip. (end) wab.aa
