RABAT, Nov 17 (KUNA) -- The air navigation committee of the Arab Civil Aviation Organization concluded on Saturday its 40th meeting by choosing Saudi Arabia as chair and electing, uncontested, Kuwait as deputy chair of the commission.
Abdullah Al-Rajhi, the monitor of air aviation for international relations at Kuwait's Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA), said in remarks to KUNA that participants in the commission two-day meeting examined all topics on the agenda.
All members named Kuwait as the deputy chair, he said, hoping that Kuwait's service in this post would contribute to elevating level of the aerial transports in the Arab countries.
The commission next meeting will be held in April. (end) jk.rk
