KUWAIT, Nov 15 (KUNA) -- Latest torrential rainfall has formed large and expanded water ponds on Kuwait's main roads. Those most affected with the incessant rain were Al-Ahmadi, Al-Fahaheel roads, Al-Mangaf tunnel and the seventh ring road.
Competent authorities are working round the clock to drain the swamped roads, reopen the rain-drenched streets, fully or partially, depending on damage extent. (end) msa.rk
