BRUSSELS, Nov 14 (KUNA) -- European Union chief Brexit negotiator Michel Barnier affirmed that his team and the British negotiators have finalized a draft comprehensive agreement on the orderly withdrawal of the United Kingdom.
"This agreement represents a decisive step in concluding these negotiations," he told a press conference in Brussels Wednesday night
"This draft withdrawal agreement includes 185 articles, 3 protocols and annexes.
"It is a precise and detailed document, as must be an international agreement in such an exceptional situation to bring legal certainty to all people and on all matters where we have to deal with the consequences of Brexit," added Barnier.
