KUWAIT -- The Kuwaiti Environmental Voluntary Foundation (EVF) and the UN Environment Programme's (UNEP) West Asia regional bureau signed Saturday a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) within the campaign for Clean Seas, which is a global initiative aimed at decreasing plastic pollutants in the oceans.
