Speaker Al-Ghanim leaves Geneva after participation in IPU conf.

GENEVA, Oct 18 (KUNA) -- National Assembly Speaker Marzouq Al-Ghanim and his accompanying delegation left Geneva after taking part in the 139th session of the Inter-Parliamentary Union (IPU) that concluded on Thursday. Al-Ghanim was seen off by Kuwait's Permanent Representative to the UN Office and other international organizations in Geneva Jamal Al-Ghoneim, Kuwaiti Ambassador to Switzerland Bader Al-Taneeb and some staff of the embassy.
The parliamentary delegation headed by Al-Ghanim included deputy head of the parliamentary caucus MP Rakan Al-Nisf, its secretary MP Auda Al-Ruwaie and members of the caucus MPs Khalil Abul, Ali Al-Deqbasi and Al-Humaidi Al-Subaie.
It also involved MPs Omar Al-Tabtabaie, Nayef Al-Merdas and Safaa Al-Hashim as well as Secretary General Allam Al-Kandari. (end) fn.tab.hm
