KUWAIT, Oct 9 (KUNA) -- The Kuwaiti paralympic player Ahmad Naga won a gold medal at the ongoing Indonesia 2018 Asian Para Games, raising Kuwait medals to six, one gold, three silvers and two bronzes.
The head of the Kuwaiti delegation and the Secretary Kuwait Disabled Club Saad Al-Azmaa told KUNA that this remarkable achievement came after Naga won first place in the 100-meter wheelchair racing.
Naga rose his personal record at this tournament to two medals, after bagging a silver one at the 800-meters wheelchair racing yesterday, Al-Azmaa said.
The Kuwaiti para table tennis players Hamid Wabdan and Dhari Buti in addition to Ahmad Neqa in athletics won three silver medals, while Mohammad Mejbel and Hamad Hajji won 2 bronze medals in athletics. (end) fsa.ss
