Al-Ghanim participates in 28th Arab Parliament extraordinary session in Cairo

KUWAIT, July 19 (KUNA) -- Kuwaiti Parliament Speaker Marzoug Al-Ghanim headed on Thursday to Cairo to lead the Kuwaiti delegation in the 28th extraordinary session of the Arab Inter-Parliamentary Union scheduled on July 21.
Al-Ghanim was escorted to the airport by Minister of State for National Assembly Adel Al-Kharafi, National Assembly Secretary Allam Al-Kandari and Egypt's Ambassador to Kuwait Tareq Al-Gouny.
Al-Ghanim is scheduled to speak in the urgent meeting, which discusses the latest developments and the continuous hostility in the occupied Palestine by the Israelis.
Al-Ghanim will hold a series of sideline economic meetings with Parliament speakers participating in the session. (end) bb
