Speaker Al-Ghanim heads to Lebanon for Arab Economic Forum

KUWAIT, July 11 (KUNA) -- National Assembly Speaker Marzouq Al-Ghanim left for Beirut, Lebanon on Wednesday accompanied by a parliamentary delegation to participate in the 26th edition of the Arab Economic Forum, slated for July 12.
Al-Ghanim, who has been invited to the event as an honorary guest, is to address the forum about challenges facing Arab economy and prospects of reform in that regard, parliament's Aldustor media network reported.
Furthermore, the Kuwaiti top lawmaker will also hold a series of talks with President Michel Aoun, Parliament Speaker Nabih Berri and Prime Minister-designate Saad Al-Hariri, under whose auspices the forum will be held. (end) ns.ma
