His Highness Amir cables Japan's Emperor over floods' victims

KUWAIT, July 9 (KUNA) -- His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah sent a cable of condolences to Japanese Emperor Akihito and Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe on the victims of mudslides and floods caused by torrential rain in western Japan.
His Highness the Amir prayed Almighty Allah would have mercy on the souls of the victims.
His Highness the Deputy Amir and Crown Prince Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah and His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Jaber Al-Mubarak Al-Hamad Al-Sabah sent similar cables. (end) ysa.ss
