Kuwaiti ambassador: British gov't did not grant Al-Rajaan political asylum

KUWAIT, June 28 (KUNA) -- The British government did not grant Kuwaiti national Fahad Al-Rajaan political asylum, Kuwait's Ambassador to the United Kingdom Khaled Al-Duwaisan said on Thursday.
Commenting on press and social media reports, the ambassador said British officials, amid discussions that occurred immediately after the emergence of the news, had categorically denied the reports. (end) msa.sd
