KUWAIT, June 20 (KUNA) -- Uruguay wins the second match of its group stages against Saudi Arabia 1-0 in a crucial game for both teams to decide their fate in Russia 2018.
Uruguay seals it with one goal scored by Luis Suarez in the 23rd minute of the match after the Saudi team failed to deal with the corner into the box from the left side.
Suarez brought his team the three points they needed to qualify to the next round, along with Russia from their group.
Russia and Uruguay will face off in the final match of Group A to decide who will take first place to move on to the round 16 with a less threating opponent.
