RAMALLAH, May 26 (KUNA) -- An Israeli soldier who was injured two days ago in a Palestinian refugee camp near Ramallah, West Bank, died of his wounds on Saturday, Israeli media reported.
Sergeant Ronen Lubarsky, 20, succumed to his critical wounds in his head caused by stones pelted by the Palestinians while an Israeli force was storming Al-Amari refugee camp, the media quoted Israeli medical sources as saying.
Israeli forces entered the camp to arrest Palestinians they accused of attacking Israelis.
Israeli Defense Minister Avidgor Lieberman said his forces would bring the person who attacked Lubarsky. (end)
