Iran condemns terrorist attacks in Indonesia

TEHRAN, May 14 (KUNA) -- Iran condemned Monday the terrorist attacks that targeted three churches in the Indonesian city of Surabaya on Sunday.
The attacks led to killing more than 10 people and injuring 40 more.
Foreign Ministry spokesman Bahram Qasemi, in a statement, expressed his country's sympathy with the Indonesian government and people, especially the victims' families.
He added that such brutal acts are condemned by any person or group in any part of the world.
Also, Qasemi considered that the only way to counter such inhuman acts are resolve, unity and efforts by countries at regional and international levels to take serious respond of the dreadful phenomenon. (end) mw.gaa
