KUWAIT, April 25 (KUNA) -- His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah sent a cable of congratulations on Wednesday to President-elect Mario Abdo Benitez for his victory in the presidential election in Paraguay.
In his cable, His Highness the Amir expressed on his behalf and on behalf of the Kuwaiti government and people, his sincere sentiments and best wishes for securing the trust of the Paraguay people, praising as well historic ties between the two nations.
His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah and His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Jaber Al-Mubarak Al-Hamad Al-Sabah both sent similar cables to President Elect Benitez on the occasion. (end)
