Kuwait oil price down 3 cents to USD 64.72 pb

KUWAIT, March 24 (KUNA) -- The price of Kuwaiti oil went down three cents to reach USD 64.72 per barrel (pb) Friday after it was at USD 64.75 pb the day before, said the Kuwait Petroleum Corporation Saturday.
At the global level, oil prices went up after a statement by the Saudi energy minister from Washington saying that collaboration among OPEC and non-OPEC members "won't stop once the market is in balance. We'll be on together in 2019 and beyond, and always ready to step in to adjust production to stabilize the market." The Brent Blend was up USD 1.54 to reach USD 70.45 pb, the same case with the West Texas Intermediate; up USD 1.58 to USD 65.88 pb. (end) osj.hb
