MOSCOW, March 23 (KUNA) -- Russian President Vladimir Putin will hold talks with Qatari Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani in the Russian capital on Monday.
Russian Presidential Press Center said in a statement on Friday the talks between Putin and Sheikh Tamim, who would be in Russia on a "task mission," would tackle regional and international affairs, means of cementing mutual cooperation between the two countries in the economic, commercial and humanitarian fields.
The Qatari Amir visited Moscow in 2016, when the two sides agreed on cooperation for stabilizing oil prices and preparing for the world soccer cup, due in Russia this year and in Qatar in 2022. (end) as.rk
