Kuwait, Mauritius discuss boosting bilateral ties

KUWAIT, March 21 (KUNA) -- Kuwait's Ambassador Extraordinary Plenipotentiary to Mauritius Bader Al-Houti discussed with the President of Mauritius Ameenah Gurib ways of boosting relations between the two countries.
Al-Houti, who is mainly Kuwait Ambassador to Zimbabwe, also discussed with President Gurib a number of subjects of mutual interest while participating in a national ceremony in Port Louise, Mauritius to mark the country's 50th anniversary of independence, Kuwaiti Embassy in Zimbabwe stated to KUNA.
He also conveyed His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah's greetings, congratulations, and wishes of perpetual good health and wellness to the Mauritian President, and further progress and prosperity for the government and people of Mauritius. (end) ma
