Volunteer youth groups organizing Nat'l Days celebrations

KUWAIT, Feb 24 (KUNA) -- The Ministry of State for Youth Affairs is actively taking part in Kuwait's celebrations of National Days, as volunteer youth groups are participating in the organization of the festivities, a senior official has said.
Ministry Undersecretary Sheikha Al-Zain Al-Sabah added in a press statement Saturday that marking National Days boosts citizenship and national values, as well as give Kuwaiti youth the chance to play due role in all fields.
The ministry, under the theme "celebrating through work" and the volunteer groups, seeks to encourage Kuwaiti youth to fulfill their social responsibility toward the nation, Sheikha Al-Zain Al-Sabah added.
In addition, the ministry is coordinating with other official bodies, especially the Interior Ministry, to guarantee civilized celebrations, as well as reiterating the importance of dedication to the country. (end) zak.tab.msa
