BAGHDAD, Feb 23 (KUNA) -- A Saudi media delegation has arrived in the Iraqi capital of Baghdad in the first-ever visit in 28 years, the Iraq Journalists Syndicate said on Friday.
Welcomed by the syndicate's chairman and chief of the Federation of Arab Journalists Moayad Al-Lami, the delegation comprised the chief editors of a host of major Saudi newspapers, the syndicate said in a press release.

A new Saudi Ambassador in Baghdad presented his credentials to Iraqi Foreign Minister Ibrahim Al-Jaafari on December 18, 2017, to occupy the diplomatic post which had been vacant for more than one year. (end) ahh.mt
