Price of Kuwaiti oil up 18 cents to USD 61.42 pb

KUWAIT, Feb 21 (KUNA) -- The price of Kuwaiti oil went up by 18 cents to USD 61.42 per barrel on Tuesday compared to USD 61.24 the day before, said Kuwait Petroleum Corporation (KPC) Wednesday.
At the global level, the future price of the Brent crude contracts went down by 0.73 percent to USD 65.19 per barrel, the same case with the American crude, which went down by 0.37 percent to USD 61.78 per barrel. (end) mam.gta
