KUWAIT, Feb 18 (KUNA) -- His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah ordered the payment of debts for citizens and expatriates in residing prison, said the Amiri Diwan in a statement Sunday.
