JEDDAH, Jan 21 (KUNA) -- Foreign Ministers of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) condemned Sunday the Houthis' Iranian-made ballistic missile attack on Saudi Arabia's capital, Riyadh, last December 19.
The foreign ministers, meeting in Jeddah at behest of Saudi Arabia, condemned Iran's violations of OIC's November 2016 meeting and relevant UN Security Council resolutions by supplying the Houthi militias with weapons and ballistic missiles.

The top diplomats, in a statement after their meeting, voiced full support for Saudi Arabia's counter-terrorism efforts with the objectives of preserving security and stability of the Kingdom.
They called for a collective action to stop these attacks and those behind them, as well as to punish smugglers of weapons to the Houthis.

They called for supporting all efforts to reach a political solution based on the GCC initiative and its implementation mechanism, outcome of national dialogue and UN Security Council resolution 2216. (end) nh.bs
