Sheikh Sabah Al-Khaled meets Kazakh FM

KUWAIT, Jan 19 (KUNA) -- Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sheikh Sabah Al-Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah held talks with Kairat K. Abdrakhmanov, the Foreign Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan, on the sidelines of a UN Security Council meeting in New York on Thursday.
Both sides reviewed the bilateral ties and cooperation in various fields, as well as regional and international issues of mutual concern.
In attendance also were Kuwait's Assistant Foreign Minister Sheikh Dr. Ahmad Nasser Mohammad Al-Sabah, the Permanent Representative to the UN Mansour Al-Otaibi and Minister Plenipotentiary Nasser Abdullah Mohareb Al-Hayn. (end) gb
