RABAT, Jan 18 (KUNA) -- Kuwait's Ambassador to Rabat Abdullatif Al-Yahya assured Thursday that Kuwait, as a center for humanitarian action led by His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, is always on the forefront of States which support other nations.
During a visit of a delegation of outstanding Kuwaiti female students to Kuwait embassy in RABAT, Al-Yahya said that Kuwait Fund for Arab Economic Development (KFAED) plays a major role in financing projects outside Kuwait aims at developing other countries.
These projects have always helped in strengthening Kuwait's position globally as well as serving its foreign policy, Al-Yahya added.
Ambassador Al-Yahya praised the student's trips organized by the Fund, which aims at introducing the various projects financed by KFAED, expressing his appreciation to the deep relations between Kuwait and the Kingdom of Morocco.
On her side, student Noor Hajyia explained her admiration of such an experience of seeing projects financed by KFAED in reality and how she benefited from it.
Noor Al-Adwani, another student, expressed her happiness with this trip, which enabled her to get to know the Moroccon people, their simple daily life and their aspiration to develop their country in various fields.
The trip's supervisors presented a commemorative shield as a gift from the Minister of Education and Minister of Higher Education to Ambassador Al-Yahya in recognition of his sincere and good reception.
A group of female outstanding students started a visit to Morocco organized by the Kuwait Fund for Economic Development KFAED to learn about the projects financed by the fund from Jan 13th and ends on Jan 20th.(end) bh.nhq
