Foreign Minister Sheikh Sabah Khaled on mission to France for coordinating stances

KUWAIT, Jan 16 (KUNA) -- Deputy Prime and Foreign Minister Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah flew to France on Tuesday for talks with officials of the European nation on various topics and coordinating stances on international quarters.
Minister Sheikh Sabah Khaled is accompanied by the assistant foreign minister for Europe's affairs ambassador Walid Al-Khubaizi, the assistant foreign minister for protocol affairs ambassador Dhari Al-Ajran, the acting assistant foreign minister ambassador Saleh Al-Loughani and other officials.
Meanwhile in Paris, the State of Kuwait Ambassador, Sami Al-Sulaiman, said Minister Sheikh Sabah Khaled would hold talks with Foreign Minister Jean-Yves Le Drian Ambassador Al-Sulaiman told KUNA that the two ministers' meeting would depict Kuwaiti leadership's keenness on maintaining communications and holding consultations with French officials on issues of common interest.
The meeting will be an opportunity to coordinate stances on issues on the Security Council table, he added. (end) msa.rk
