His Highness PM congratulates His Highness Amir on sports ban lift

KUWAIT, Dec 7 (KUNA) -- His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah on Thursday received a letter from His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Jaber Al-Mubarak Al-Hamad Al-Sabah congratulating him on the official lifting by FIFA of a ban on the Kuwaiti football activities.
His Highness the Premier stressed that His Highness the Amir's sound directives and keenness on raising high Kuwait's status on the world arena had led to success of the efforts and endeavors, reaching the positive outcome.
In reply, His Highness the Amir sent a letter to His Highness the Prime Minister, appreciating his warm sentiments and congratulations on the FIFA decision.
His Highness the Amir also lauded the constructive cooperation between the Legislative and the Executive Powers that contributed to the return of the Kuwaiti football activities, to retrieve glories of the past and to realize more achievements in the regional and international tournaments and competitions.
