KUWAIT, Dec 5 (KUNA) -- The representative of Sultan Qaboos bin Saeed of Oman, Deputy Prime Minister for Cabinet Affairs Fahad bin Mahmoud Al-Saeed left the country Tuesday after attending the 38th Gulf Cooperation Council in Kuwait.
