Yemeni pres. reiterates commitment to peace

RIYADH, Nov 21 (KUNA) --- Yemeni President Abd Rabbuh Mansur Hadi reaffirmed commitment to achieving peace in his country, leading up to a new federal Yemen based on justice, equality and good governance.
Hadi made the remark during a meeting with visiting British Minister of State for Middle East and Africa Tobias Ellwood, the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported.
During the meeting, the British minister appreciated the Yemeni president's efforts to handle the current hard difficult and complicated situation in the country, which necessitates more coordination for achieving peace and meeting the expectations and hopes of the Yemeni people, it added.
Both sides discussed Yemen-British relations and the latest Yemeni developments, it noted. (end) yms.mt
