Southeast Asian countries condemn Orlando nightclub attack

KUALA LUMPUR, June 13 (KUNA) -- Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia condemned the armed attack on a nightclub in Orlando, Florida, which resulted in the killing of 50 people and the injury of tens of others.
Statements issued by the Singaporean, Malaysian, and Indonesian Foreign Ministries condemned the attack, saying that there was no justification for this gruesome attack.
The statements expressed the deepest and sincere condolences to the families of the victims and wished fast recovery to the injured.
There are no Singaporean, Malaysian, or Indonesian nationals injured or killed in the attack, the statements affirmed. (end) aab.lb
