EPA personnel to train for judicial officers

KUWAIT, Dec 20 (KUNA) -- The Environment Public Authority (EPA) on Sunday started a program to train its personnel to become judicial officers, for enforcing Law No 42/2014 on environment, some of whose provisions were amended by Law 99/2015.
Initially, some 64 from EPA's staff will receive training through three courses, for six weeks, EPA added in a statement.
This program constitutes the nucleus for a generation of judicial officers armed with knowledge and experience, it said.
Lecturers come from the Kuwait Institute for Legal and Judicial Studies, Kuwait International Law College and the Interior Ministry and EPA. (end) mf.tab.msa
