Justice Min. heads to Cairo for Arab meeting

KUWAIT, Nov 17 (KUNA) -- Minister of Justice, Awqaf and Islamic Affairs Yaqoub Al-Sanea has left for Cairo to lead Kuwait's delegation to a meeting of Arab justice ministers due on November 18-19.
During their meeting, the Arab ministers of justice are expected to discuss several key issues, primarily the fight against terrorism and money laundering, and a single Arab mechanism for ensuring the implementation of Arab agreements, the Justice Ministry said in a press release.
They will also consider the unification of Arab legislations for illegal drugs and psychotropic substances, provision of help to terrorism victims and protection of intellectual property rights and people with disabilities, it said.
The justice minister's accompanying delegation includes several senior officials of the Justice Ministry. (end) amn.tb.mt
