Saudi Arabia, Iraq condemn mosque blast, underline support for Kuwait

KUWAIT, June 27 (KUNA) -- First Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah on Friday received two phone calls from the foreign ministers of Saudi Arabia and Iraq, condemning the deadly terrorist attack on a mosque in Kuwait.
Saudi Arabia's Adel Al-Jubair and Iraq's Ibrahim Al-Jaafari both condemned the attack on Imam Al-Sadiq Mosque in the Sawaber area of Kuwait City, which left 27 killed and 227 injured as they were performing Friday prayers.
They expressed support of Kuwait and its security and stability, in addition to the importance of tackling terrorism in all of its forms. (pickup previous) sd
