KUWAIT, March 31 (KUNA) -- His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah received a written letter Tuesday from His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, congratulating him on the success of the Third International Pledging Humanitarian Conference for Syria.
In his cable, His Highness Sheikh Nawaf lauded His Highness the Amir for his continuous efforts to help the Syrian refugees, noting that Kuwait, through the public and private sectors, heeded His Highness Sheikh Sabah's calls for support and donated generously to the cause.
His Highness Sheikh Nawaf also praised regional and international participants for their donations which will hopefully ease the pain of the Syrian refugees.
In response to the strong sentiments reflected by the senior official, His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah replied with a letter, thanking His Highness Sheikh Nawaf for his support to the conference's noble goals. (end) gta
