KUWAIT, March 3 (KUNA) -- His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah will attend the 2013-14 graduation ceremony for excelling students at the Public Authority for Applied Education and Training (PAAET).
