BAGHDAD, Sept 1 (KUNA) - Seven Iraqis were killed and nine others injured
in a suicide bombing in the central city of Ramadi, west of the Iraqi capital,
a police source said on Sunday.
A car, driven by a suicide bomber, exploded at Street 60, center of Ramadi,
targeting a police checkpoint, the source told KUNA, adding the blast killed
four policemen and three civilians, and injured two policemen and seven
civilians.
The suicide explosion cause major damages to a number of police cars and
other civilian vehicles, which were close to the incident, noted the source.
