CAIRO, Jan 31 (KUNA) -- Egypt on Thursday denounced an Israeli air strike
at a facility in Syria, openly rejecting any attack on Arab lands.
Egyptian Foreign Minister Mohamed Amr said in a release: "Such an
aggression on Arab territories is totally unacceptable and a clear-cut breach
of the UN Charter and international law."
The minister urged the international community to hold Israel responsible
for aggressions on Arab territories, cautioning that such repeated attacks
pose a serious threat to regional security and stability.
The recent Israeli air strike came following an Israeli air raid on Sudan
in October 2012, which was emphatically condemned by Egypt, the minister
