GAZA, Jan 13 (KUNA) -- Incidents of unrest between the Israelis and Palestinians led Friday to the injury of two Palestinians in an assault on the Gaza Strip, a missile hitting southern Israel, and radical Jews storming of a town in Ramallah, West Bank.
In Gaza, an Israeli bombardment of the east quarters of Buraij camp led to the injury of two Palestinians, medical sources said, adding that medics were able to reach the injured, transferring them to a local hospital.
Meanwhile, a rocket attack against the Negev region southern Israel occurred earlier today with no casualties or property damage reported.
On another development, around 300 extremist Jews stormed Al-Khalil town in the West Bank on the ground that they were practicing a religious rites.
Palestinians began to throw stones at the extremists but they were stopped by the Israeli military which provided protection to the intruders.
At the Prophet Saleh town in Ramallah, Israeli military imposed a curfew to prevent a rally protesting the apartheid wall and settlements. (end) mzt.ng.gta KUNA 131401 Jan 12NNNN
