Kuwait Amir''s representative receives senior officials at UN

UNITED NATIONS, Sept 20 (KUNA) -- His Highness the Amir of Kuwait Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah's representative, His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Nasser Mohammad Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, received Albanian Prime Minister Sali Berisha at State of Kuwait's Mission at the UN on Tuesday.
Both officials exchanged views over bilateral relations and ways of cementing them in all domains, as well as regional and international issues of mutual interest.
Sheikh Nasser also received Secretary General of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) Ekmeleddin Ihsanoglu and the delegation accompanying him.
The Prime Minister and Ihsanoglu discussed OIC's programs to serving Islamic causes.
Sheikh Nasser is representing the Amir at the 66th session of the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA).
Meanwhile, His Highness the Prime Minister of Kuwait also received the President of Sierra Leone and discussed bilateral ties, in addition to regional, African and international matters. (end) sj.bs KUNA 202039 Sep 11NNNN
