ISLAMABAD, July 13 (KUNA) -- More than 10 militants and a soldier were
killed and several were wounded in latest clashes between the two sides in
Pakistani tribal agency, close to Afghan border, said officials.
Clashes erupted between the paramilitary troopers and Taliban militants in
Dabori area of Orakzai tribal agency amid the security forces were conducting
operation, security officials told KUNA.
They said more than 10 militants were killed and several were wounded. At
least one soldier was also killed and two were wounded.
More than 200 militants have been killed since the military launched
operation in the agency in March to flush out militants. (end).
