IRBIL, May 26 (KUNA) -- Three policemen and two soldiers were killed on
Wednesday in two separate incidents in Mosul, northern Iraq.
A police source told KUNA that an explosive device went off as an army
patrol was passing by in the farm area, western Mosul, killing two army
personnel.
The sources added that clashes took place between the police and armed men,
resulting in the dead of three policemen and the arrest of eight militants.
