ISTANBUL, April 14 (KUNA) -- Seven Kurdistan Worker's Party PKK elements
surrendered to security forces in Shirnak province south east of Turkey,
Turkish military sources said Wednesday.
Turkish military Chief of Staff said in a statement on its website that
seven PKK elements managed to flee PKK camps in northern Iraq and admitted to
being treated badly by the rebels.
The statement added the arrested militants were transferred to a police
center pending further investigation. (end)
