Seoul announces first human case of swine flu

KUWAIT, April 28 (KUNA) -- South Korea announced on Tuesday the first possible human case of swine flu.
Korea Centers for Disease Control said a 51 year old woman has been hospitalized, for having symptoms of swine flu after returning from Mexico on Monday, Radio Korea International reported.
Results of tests will be sent to the US in order to verify the case but such process needs a week to complete, according to the report.
Two other citizens have just reached from Mexico suffering from similar symptoms, but the results of tests came negative.
The World Health Organization (WHO) has raised on Monday the alert level to the fourth degree after the outbreak of the virus all over the world, notably Mexico, US and Europe. (end) rq.mao KUNA 281844 Apr 09NNNN
