KUWAIT, Jan 20 (KUNA) -- Chairman of Kuwait Red Crescent Society (KRCS) Barjas Al-Barjas lauded Tuesday the quick response of His Highness the Amir to the situation in Gaza Strip and his humanitarian initiatives to support Gazans.
Speaking to KUNA on the sidelines of the Arab Economic Summit, he said the meeting of Arab leaders had a humanitarian dimension, noting the collective condemnation of the inhumane Israeli acts against the Palestinian people.
He said KRCS had been working in Gaza side by side with international and Palestinian civil societies for three years.
