Kuwait's Ambassador to Jordan Sheikh Faisal Al-Homoud Al-Malik Al-Sabah speaking to KUNA
KUWAIT, Jan 20 (KUNA) -- A Kuwaiti ambassador stressed here Tuesday that the wisdom and expertise of His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah contributed in the success of the Arab Economic Summit.
Kuwait's Ambassador to Jordan Sheikh Faisal Al-Homoud Al-Malik Al-Sabah told KUNA that His Highness Sheikh Jaber's leading role was clear in his actions and his speech to the summit on Monday.
The ambassador praised the summit for uniting the Arab countries and ending the differences among them, pointing out that the attendance of Arab leaders was among the factors that led to the event's success.
He expressed his gratitude to the summit's organizers of their great efforts.
Meanwhile, the ambassador said that the transportation agreement signed by Kuwait and Jordan was one of the outcomes of the summit, adding that he believes that it would soon have positive effects on the trade and economic sectors in Kuwait and boost the Kuwaiti-Jordanian ties.
