DJIBOUTI, Nov 23 (KUNA) -- Envoy of His Highness the Amir (of Kuwait), Advisor at the Amiri Diwan, Khaled Al-Fulaij, handed over on Sunday a written message from HH the Amir to President Ismail Omar Guelleh to attend the Arab Economic, Social Development Summit, set to be hosted by Kuwait on January 19-20.
The meeting was attended by the special advisor of the president, Fahmi Abdul Haq.
Later on Sunday, Al-Fulaij returned home and arrived at Kuwait International Airport, after concluding the mission of addressing invitations to the summit to the top leaders of Djibouti, Sudan and the Comoros. (end) kd.rk
