KUWAIT, Nov 7 (KUNA) -- Envoy of HH the Amir, the Amiri Diwan Advisor, Sheikh Mohammad Al-Khalid Al-Hamad Al-Sabah, delivered a written message from HH the Amir, addressed to Palestinian Mahmoud Abbas to attend the Arab Economic and Social Development Summit due in Kuwait on January 19-20.
