Arab investors authority underscores role of economic summit

CAIRO, sEPT 3 (KUNA)  -- The Arab investors federation on Wednesday called for holding an Arab economic summit in October or September each year to discuss various obstacles and issues concerning the economic growth in the Arab world.
The federation, in a report, noted necessity of holding a meeting of the Arab economic and social council once every month.
It expressed hope that the Arab economic summit, due to be held in Kuwait in January, would back inter-Arab negotiations for boosting joint Arab economic action. (end) az.rk KUNA 032339 Sep 08NNNN
