IRBIL, April 7 (KUNA) -- An Improvised explosive Device (IED) blew up in
the northern city of Mosul on Monday wounding two police personnel, police
sources said.
The sources told Kuwait News Agency (KUNA) that the IED went off in
Al-Muthanna district, targeting a manned-checkpoint, injuring two police
personnel.
Separately, a mortar shell crashed into Um Al-Rabiein police department,
but no causalities or material damage were reported.(end)
