Chief of Staff Air Marshal Fahad Al-Amir confers new ranks upon Army officers
(With photos) KUWAIT, Nov 15 (KUNA) -- Chief of Staff Air Marshal Fahad Al-Amir on Thursday confered new ranks upon a number of army officers.
The new officers were promoted from Lieutenant Colonel to Colonel and from Captain to Major in accordance with an Amiri decree.
The Army's Moral Guidance said in a statement that Al-Amir congratulated the new officers and conveyed to them the best greetings of His Highness the Amir, the Supreme Commander of Armed Forces Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah as well as the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense Sheikh Jaber Mubarak Al-Sabah.
